A few tips that will help make your body more Alkaline

Reduce your red meat intake. It makes you acidic. You might even want to try laying off it for a few weeks to help launch your body towards

Reduce coffee

Decrease alcohol intake

Don’t smoke at all

Limit your carbohydrate intake

Get more ‘quality’ sleep and just more sleep period (if you’re falling asleep or waking with neck or back pain then your sleep is not going to be high quality)

Boost your fresh fruit intake:  Including more berries, melons, avocados, pears, peaches, apples

Take a supplement that has more Magnesium and Vitamin C in it. Don’t take too much or it is taxing on the organs

Eat more spinach, kale, broccoli and sweet potatoes
